92pkrt Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules and User Agreement

1.1  These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and 92pkrt ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the 92pkrt website, creating an account, or using any service offered through the 92pkrt platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms.

1.2  Your acceptance of these Terms is also your acceptance of the 92pkrt Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any other supplementary policies published on the platform from time to time. These supplementary policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

1.3  92pkrt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders by email to their registered address.

1.4  If you are accessing 92pkrt on behalf of a third party or for any commercial purpose other than personal recreational use, you must obtain prior written authorisation from 92pkrt. Unauthorised commercial use is strictly prohibited under these Terms.

2.1  To register and use 92pkrt, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are registering voluntarily and acting on your own behalf;
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of any such person employed by 92pkrt or any of its software, payment, or service partners;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 92pkrt or any affiliated platform and have not had an account suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms.

2.2  During the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

2.3  Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on 92pkrt only. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, 92pkrt will merge or close the accounts at its sole discretion and may void balances held across duplicated accounts.

2.4  92pkrt accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or pledge your account to any other person. Any such transfer, or any attempt thereof, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3.1  You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 92pkrt account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

3.2  All activity conducted through your 92pkrt account while logged in with your credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised the specific activity. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 92pkrt support immediately via the live chat service or by email to [email protected].

3.3  92pkrt reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or prohibited activity; (b) the account holder is found to have breached any provision of these Terms; (c) a regulatory or legal obligation requires the account to be closed; or (d) the account has been inactive for a continuous period of twenty-four (24) months.

3.4  You may request closure of your 92pkrt account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests will be processed within seventy-two (72) hours, subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and pending transaction processing.

3.5  It is your responsibility to keep your registered contact details — including email address and mobile number — accurate and up to date at all times. 92pkrt will communicate with you using the contact details on file, and cannot be held responsible for failures in communication resulting from outdated contact information.

4.1  92pkrt accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, Allied Bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Supported payment methods and applicable minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to change at 92pkrt's discretion and are displayed at the point of deposit within your account dashboard.

4.2  All funds deposited to your 92pkrt account must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited. 92pkrt reserves the right to request evidence that the payment source belongs to the registered account holder prior to processing any withdrawal.

4.3  Deposits are credited to your PKR balance in real time for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within five to fifteen minutes for standard bank transfers, subject to the processing times of the respective financial institution. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited upon network confirmation, which is typically fifteen to thirty minutes from the time of transaction broadcast.

4.4  92pkrt does not charge deposit fees on the platform side. However, your payment provider — whether a mobile wallet service, bank, or cryptocurrency exchange — may apply their own transaction charges. 92pkrt has no control over and accepts no responsibility for fees charged by third-party payment services.

4.5  92pkrt operates anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures as required under its international gaming licence. Unusual deposit patterns or deposit activity inconsistent with the account holder's stated profile may trigger enhanced due diligence requests. Failure to cooperate with AML enquiries will result in account suspension and, where required, reporting to relevant authorities.

5.1  To process a withdrawal from your 92pkrt account, you must have completed the full KYC identity verification process. Required KYC documents include: a government-issued photo identification document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and proof of the payment method used for deposit (mobile wallet screenshot or bank statement). Additional documentation may be requested at 92pkrt's discretion.

5.2  Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where operationally possible. 92pkrt reserves the right to require withdrawals to be processed via bank transfer for large amounts or in circumstances where the original deposit payment method is unavailable.

5.3  Standard withdrawal processing times are: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — same day for verified accounts, typically within four hours during business hours; bank transfers — one to three banking business days; USDT TRC20 — subject to blockchain network conditions, typically within two hours of approval. 5.4  92pkrt reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request pending completion of identity or payment source verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or where there is an outstanding dispute relating to the account. Players will be notified of any withdrawal hold and provided with instructions for resolving the hold within forty-eight (48) hours of the withdrawal request being placed.

5.5  Minimum withdrawal amounts are stated within the account dashboard and are subject to change. Withdrawal requests below the minimum threshold cannot be processed. Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements relating to bonus use are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements have been fully satisfied.

6.1  92pkrt offers bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible account holders from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions of that promotion, which are published alongside the offer at the time it is made available. Specific promotion terms take precedence over these general Terms in the event of any conflict relating to that promotion.

6.2  Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 92pkrt bonuses: (a) bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per shared IP address; (b) bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and used only after the real-money balance has been depleted; (c) a wagering requirement must be met before winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn.

6.3  92pkrt reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice where there is evidence of bonus abuse, where the promotion contains a technical error, or where regulatory requirements necessitate changes.

6.4  Players are not obligated to accept any 92pkrt bonus. Where a bonus has been credited automatically, players may contact support to request removal of the bonus from their account before any wagering has taken place on the bonus balance.

7.1  All casino games offered through 92pkrt are provided by licensed third-party software providers whose products have been independently certified for fairness and statistical integrity. 8.1  The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 92pkrt platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action or referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to play games or place bets;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Cheating, defrauding, or attempting to manipulate any game outcome through any means;
• Money laundering or any use of the platform to conceal, transfer, or legitimise proceeds of criminal activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to 92pkrt support immediately;

9.1  92pkrt is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players remain in control of their gambling activity. All account holders have access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from within their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that you set yourself. Once set, a reduction in limits takes effect immediately; an increase takes effect after a twenty-four (24) hour cooling-off period;

10.2  You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 92pkrt platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content; create derivative works based on platform content; reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any 92pkrt software; or use the 92pkrt brand name, logo, or trademarks without express written authorisation.

11.1  The 92pkrt platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 92pkrt takes all reasonable steps to ensure platform reliability, availability, and security, the platform does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available service.

11.2  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92pkrt shall not be liable for: any loss of winnings due to technical malfunction or disconnection during play; any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform; loss or corruption of data; or any loss resulting from reliance on information published on the platform.

11.3  92pkrt's total liability to you in respect of any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4  Nothing in these Terms shall limit 92pkrt's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12.1  92pkrt collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12.2  By creating a 92pkrt account, you consent to 92pkrt collecting and processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including data collected for KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and marketing communications (where you have opted in to receive such communications).

14.4  Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent ongoing or imminent harm pending the resolution of a dispute.
